Role Overview

As an Outdoor Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales of Digital Door Locks: Promote our range of digital door locks to dealers, door manufacturers, electrical appliance stores, and other modern trade channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and partners while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all sales-related tasks, from conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, processing orders, to ensuring timely delivery and collecting payments.
  • Market Expansion: Explore new market segments and develop strategies to drive growth in the digital door lock sector.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand the unique requirements of each client and provide tailored solutions with a professional and consultative approach.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, generate regular sales reports, and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Professional Interaction: Uphold a high standard of professionalism and etiquette when interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background: Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking, adaptable, and resourceful in addressing client needs and overcoming challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in outdoor or modern trade sales, especially with dealers or in the hardware and security sectors, is highly advantageous.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
