Dealer Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Dealer Relationship Management
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers. Ensure consistent engagement and long-term partnership. - Sales Growth & Target Achievement
Drive monthly sales through active dealer engagement. Monitor dealer performance and take action to increase order frequency and volume. - Dealer Network Expansion
Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage and increase brand presence. - Account Development
Work closely with dealers to grow their business with our products through training, product knowledge sharing, and sales support. - Order & Follow-Up Discipline
Ensure consistent follow-up with dealers on quotations, orders, and payments. Maintain strong momentum in closing sales. - Pipeline & Reporting Discipline
Maintain accurate dealer records, sales activities, and reporting. Track dealer performance (e.g. last order date, order frequency, sales volume). - Market Intelligence
Gather feedback on pricing, competitors, and market trends to support business strategy. - Professional Representation
Represent the company with professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales (dealer / distribution experience is an advantage)
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Results-driven with strong follow-up discipline
- Able to manage multiple dealer accounts efficiently
- Comfortable with frequent communication and field visits
- Organized and disciplined in reporting and tracking
