Role Overview

As a Project Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Sales to Property Developers & Hoteliers: Promote our range of products, including digital door locks, smart home solutions, hotel door locks and hotel amenities, to property developers, contractors, and hoteliers.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our customer base by identifying new opportunities in the market.
  • Project Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed project sales targets set by management.
  • End-to-End Sales Process: Manage all sales-related matters, from conducting client meetings, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, arranging sample deliveries, to collecting payments.
  • Market Expansion: Explore and pursue new market segments to drive growth in project sales.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Understand each client’s unique requirements, providing customized solutions with a professional and consultative approach.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, generate regular sales reports, and prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Professional Interaction: Uphold a high standard of professionalism and etiquette when interacting with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with clients and partners.
  • Sales Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking, adaptable, and resourceful in addressing client needs and overcoming challenges.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project sales, especially within the property development or hospitality sectors, is highly advantageous.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
